I am passionate about staying active, mentally, socially and physically personally and helping others in developing an active lifestyle. My target audience is seniors, as I have worked in recreation and recreation with seniors for over 20 years. 

I have developed my services to include both fitness and massage, as the body works hard and massage helps to provide rest for the muscles and helps to reduce tension and stress for the mind.
